RiiVIVE Pause
RiiVIVE Pause is a weekly online space to arrive in the middle of the week and let your system soften.
Grounded in Somatic Experiencing principles, this trauma-informed class gently supports the nervous system through simple movement, orienting, and rest. There is no pressure to perform, fix, or share. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Each session we practice noticing support — in the body, in the room, and within ourselves. Over time, these small moments of settling build capacity naturally and sustainably.
RiiVIVE Pause is especially supportive for those living with stress, burnout, fatigue, or chronic pain — and equally for anyone who simply wants a steady place to reconnect with their body in a calm, guided environment.
The class is held online via Zoom on Wednesdays at 10:30 EET.
ZOOM link is sent to everyone signed up on the Tuesday prior to that week's Wednesday class. A recording will be sent out to the participants - the recording link stays live for one week.
