Building Capacity Package - 10 x 1:1 sessions (10% discount).

This package is where your work deepens through consistency and integration. Together, we build your nervous system’s capacity to stay present with sensation, stress, and the storyline, while attuning to your boundaries, and deep yearnings. What often becomes present are shame, anger and grief.

Through somatic movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, you begin to shift patterns, restore resilience, and create lasting change in how you move, feel, and respond to life.

Somatic Experiencing sessions can be done in-person in Helsinki or online via Zoom.
