This introductory package is a gentle entry into somatic healing. Together, we begin by slowing down, reconnecting, and building a sense of enough safety within your body. Through Somatic Experiencing, breath, and simple restorative movement, you’ll start to notice patterns, sensations, and signals that may have been overlooked. This is a space to return to yourself—at your own pace, with curiosity and care.
