The RiiVIVE Circle

An intimate 9 - week embodied circle for becoming more alive.

The RiiVIVE Circle is for those who are ready to move beyond simply getting through life and reconnect with themselves through body awareness, movement, reflection, and shared experience.

Together, we'll explore themes of capacity, connection, boundaries, movement, meaning, and aliveness in a small group of just five participants. Between our in-person gatherings, we'll meet online for short integration calls to help bring the practice into everyday life.

• One 60-minute private Somatic Experiencing session during the program

This is not a movement class or group therapy. It is a carefully held space to reconnect with your body, expand your capacity, and experience more choice, ease, and aliveness in your everyday life.
