Five individual sessions for the price of four, giving you time to explore your needs, experience the RiiVIVE approach and begin building a deeper connection with your body.
Through Somatic Experiencing®, conversation and movement, we'll explore what brings you here, recognize patterns that may be contributing to pain, tension or overwhelm, and discover what helps you feel more supported and at ease.
Each session builds on your experience, allowing time to notice changes and bring new awareness into everyday life.
After these five sessions, you can continue with individual sessions or a Building Capacity package.
